Our Client is specialist in pressure testing of valves and rotating equipment, working within the Oil & Gas, Water Treatment and Chemical Mining industries. Due to continuous growth and expansion they are looking to recruit and experienced valve technician with a strong background in pressure testing and overhauling a variety of valves.
Key Requirements:

- Mechanical Trade certificate
- Minimum 3 years post trade experience in a similar role with experience ideally working both in the workshop and site based as fitter / technician
- Strong background stripping down, servicing, repairing and pressure testing valves including PSV, Control, Ball Gate, Butterfly etc.
- Solid experience hydrostatic testing valves
- Excellent mechanical aptitude
- Ability to work well within a team and independently, with a strong commitment always to OH&S;
- Background working with an OEM or services company beneficial
