AVANI Cypress Lakes Resort in NSW, Australia is hiring a Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team on a full-time basis. You will work under the Head Chef to prepare high-quality dishes, maintain brand standards and uphold food safety and hygiene across service periods.

We seek a Certificate III in Cookery with hotel/restaurant experience, strong teamwork, and a proactive attitude. Versatile rostering across breakfast, lunch and dinner, including weekends, is required.
