NSW Health is seeking a Deputy Director of Nursing for Camden Hospital on a temporary full-time basis. The role requires a senior nursing leader who can uphold patient safety, quality care and continuous improvement while building strong relationships with staff and stakeholders.

You will develop an inclusive, accountable nursing culture, remain visible to teams, and lead workforce planning and staff development initiatives within a dynamic hospital workplace.
