United Foundation in Sydney is seeking a casual to permanent home and community care assistant to support participants across the Stratfield area. The role includes rotating shifts with sleepovers and versatile weekday hours to suit availability.

Responsibilities include personal care, meal prep, medication administration, companionship, and adherence to care plans. NDIs clients are supported to build independence and improve daily living.
