Redpath Australia is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join our Lake Cowal Underground operation in New South Wales. You will lead a team of tradespeople and maintenance staff to ensure secure, efficient and reliable underground mobile equipment operation, while supporting site reliability goals.

You will drive planned maintenance, respond to breakdowns, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
