SearchWorks Pty Ltd is seeking a Head of Civil Infrastructure to lead its national BDM team and own the civil portfolio, driving growth across water, roads, subdivisions, tunnels, data centres and electrification. This is a leadership role focused on ownership and strategy rather than pure sales.
You will steer the national civil strategy, build key contractor relationships, and shape long-term pipeline with a explicit, executable plan. Based in Melbourne or Sydney, interstate travel is expected.
