Berry Street is seeking a Lead Learning Systems & Compliance to drive governance, data integrity and compliant training across the organisation. You will own the LMS (Litmos), lead data reporting and ensure audit-ready processes in a 0.8FTE, permanent role based in the CBD of Melbourne.

You will develop Power BI dashboards, optimise LMS usage, and partner with stakeholders to identify capability gaps and priorities, delivering accurate insights for leadership.
