Busy Bees at Wellard is seeking a passionate Lead Educator for a fixed-term, full-time role. You will lead the daily learning program in your room, supporting educators and ensuring a safe, engaging environment where children thrive.
Applicants should have a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or ACECQA-equivalent, plus current First Aid, CPR, asthma and anaphylaxis certifications, and WWCC (VIC). Experience leading a room and solid EYLF/NQS knowledge are essential.
