Independent Broad-based Anti-corruption Commission (IBAC) in Melbourne seeks a Manager – Strategy & Performance to join the Strategy & Risk team on a full time, ongoing basis. You will report to the Director – Strategy & Risk, guiding senior leaders to embed strategic plans and drive measurable performance across the organisation.

Responsibilities include facilitating strategic planning, coordinating external performance reporting and audits, and leading the development of the annual report.
