CDC Victoria is seeking an experienced Workshop Operations Manager to provide technical and operational leadership across fleet maintenance operations. You will coordinate resources, support workshop activities across multiple depots and lead dedicated Air Conditioning, Signage and Upholstery teams.

Reporting to the General Manager, Fleet Maintenance, you will drive reliability, improve maintenance practices and ensure resources are deployed efficiently.
