Job Description

ProgramDelivery Leadership

This Domain supports the Senior ResponsibleOfficer (SRO) with program oversight, plans, finances, reporting, staffing andcorrective action across about 25 projects in three workstreams (SOR 5.b, Table6).

Program Director

Purpose: provide overall leadership of RegistryConnect in support of the SRO. Seniority: Executive or principal. Reports to:



SRO (Paul Franklin, per thebriefing).

Responsibilities

- Lead program execution acrossthe Companies Register, Qualified Registers, and Stabilise, Secure andDecommission workstreams.
- Draw together business cases,plans and finances; prepare budget cycle submissions.
- Lead reporting to the ProgramBoard, Steering Committee and external assurance bodies.
- Initiate and track improvementand corrective actions to keep the program on track.
- Build the capability of ASICprogram leaders so leadership can transfer to ASIC.

Essential: led a large, multi year government technology and business transformationprogram (100 plus people); steering committee and external assuranceengagement; program finance and business case accountability. Desirable: registry, regulator or financial services program; Commonwealth budget andgateway processes; legacy modernisation.
