Halcyon Knights is assisting a large NSW Government agency in Sydney to appoint an experienced Manager - Policy, Procurement and Operations. The role leads operational service delivery, procurement governance, contract management and compliance in a fast-paced workplace.
You will drive continuous improvement, monitor KPIs, and coordinate audits and regulatory compliance across the business while building strong stakeholder relationships with internal teams and service providers.
