Mission Australia is seeking a passionate and experienced Chef to join our 60-bed residential aged care facility in Orange, NSW. You will plan, prepare and deliver nutritious meals, oversee catering services, food safety and day-to-day kitchen operations, while guiding a small team to maintain high standards.
You will work to NSW Health, NSW Food Authority and accreditation standards, manage costs and support residents’ health and wellbeing, ensuring meals meet diverse dietary needs and quality
