Help customers build independence, develop life skills and enjoy greater participation in their home and community.

What you'll do

Support daily living skills, including cooking and household tasks

Provide personal care, including showering, toileting, dressing and feeding

Encourage social activities, hobbies and community participation

Administer medication and follow individual support plans

Complete accurate documentation and incident reports

Provide support in the home and community

Use your Complex Care experience to provided clinical plans where required

What you'll bring

Availability across mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends and sleepovers

Confidence providing personal care

Robust communication skills, including with non-verbal customers





Essential computer skills for documentation and reporting

Current NDIS Worker Screening Clearance & Workers Orientation Module

Current First Aid Certificate (HLTAID003) & CPR Certificate (HLTAID009)

Disability or Community Services qualifications (advantageous)
