CBCity is seeking a Systems Officer to oversee leisure and aquatic service support systems at Roselands. You will manage point of sale, bookings, memberships, CRM, reporting and training, ensuring secure, efficient customer experiences across venues.
This is a 12-month, full-time role based in Roselands with a 35-hour week. You’ll coordinate upgrades, collaborate with staff and suppliers, prepare reports and drive continuous system improvements with a focus on service quality.
