You will support frontline leaders, drive protected, compliant manufacturing and foster continuous improvement, quality and engagement. This 24/7 facility requires flexibility for afternoon/night shifts and weekends.
You will lead a production team to meet schedules, champion GMP, investigate deviations, and develop staff through coaching and training while prioritising safety and quality.
