MACH Energy invites applications for a Shipping Officer based in Newcastle. You will coordinate coal shipments from Port of Newcastle, including preparing export documents, liaising with vessel Masters and agents, and managing laytime and demurrage processes.
Reporting to the Senior Contract & Shipping Officer, you’ll ensure timely, compliant shipping and maintain accurate records while supporting commercial and operational teams in a fast-paced mining setting.
