We are currently working in partnership with a highly regarded law firm based in North Birmingham who are seeking an experienced Commercial Property Lawyer to join their growing team.
The successful candidate will manage a wide-ranging and high-quality caseload of commercial property matters for a broad client base, including landlords, tenants, developers, and investors. You'll also play a key role in helping to develop client relationships and contribute to the team's continued success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handling a broad range of commercial property matters including acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant work, lease renewals, and property finance
- Advising clients on freehold and leasehold transactions, development projects, and land agreements
- Drafting and negotiating commercial leases, licences, and contracts
- Conducting due diligence and overseeing all aspects of the transaction process
- Supporting business development initiatives and maintaining long-term client relationships
Requirements:
- Qualified Solicitor with 4+ years' post-qualification experience in Commercial Property Law
- Solid technical knowledge and ability to manage complex transactions independently
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Commercial awareness with a client-focused approach
- Desire to contribute to team growth and mentor junior colleagues (where applicable)
