About the Role As the OSHC Service Manager, you'll be responsible for leading the day-to-day operations of the service while creating an environment where children feel safe, supported and excited to attend each day.

You will: Lead,



mentor and motivate a team of educators Build positive relationships with children, families and school stakeholders Drive quality outcomes aligned with the National Quality Framework and My Time, Our Place Manage programming, compliance and administrative responsibilities Promote a strong culture of inclusion, wellbeing and child safety Support enrolment growth and family engagement Create a positive and collaborative workplace culture Ensure the service operates efficiently and successfully every day

Who We're Looking For You're a confident and people-focused leader who enjoys building strong teams and creating engaging environments for children.

You'll bring: Previous OSHC leadership experience as a Coordinator, Service Manager or Educational Leader Strong understanding of the National Quality Framework and OSHC regulations Excellent communication and relationship-building skills A proactive and solution-focused approach The ability to lead, coach and inspire a diverse team Strong organisational and time-management skills A genuine passion for children's wellbeing and development Diploma in School Age Education and Care, Children's Services, Community Services or ACECQA-approved equivalent (or higher) Current Blue Card Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis qualifications (or willingness to obtain) Experience working within an OSHC, education or children's services setting Demonstrated leadership and team management experience
