You will oversee landmark residential and lifestyle communities from concept through delivery, working with finance, consultants and government authorities to realise market-driven schemes.
The role demands deep front-end experience, strong financial modelling and explicit stakeholder management across the GCC, with Oman experience preferred. Arabic language skills are advantageous.
