About the Role
As the Solicitor In Charge, you’ll lead some of the most significant family law appeals and complex litigation matters in NSW, shaping legal outcomes that have a lasting impact on clients and communities. Leading a team of Solicitors, you'll provide strategic legal direction, drive excellence in advocacy, and represent clients navigating hardship in complex and precedent-setting matters across state and federal jurisdictions. This is a rare opportunity to combine high-level legal practice, people leadership, stakeholder engagement and law reform work within a purpose-driven organisation committed to access to justice.

You enjoy working with a diverse range of stakeholders, influencing outcomes and contributing to meaningful change. Most importantly, you're motivated by the opportunity to use your expertise to strengthen access to justice and make a positive difference for vulnerable individuals, families and communities.
