Precision Labour Hire is seeking a reliable and motivated Pick Packer with a forklift ticket to join a busy chemical manufacturing facility in Lytton.
The role is primarily focused on manual order picking and packing, with approximately 90% manual handling and 10% forklift operation. This is an ongoing opportunity suited to someone who enjoys hands‑on work and is comfortable working in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.
The Role: Monday to Thursday: 6:00am – 2:30pm | Friday: 6:00am – 12:00pm | $33.50 per hour

Quality checks and maintaining a clean, organised work area

To be considered, you will need:
Current Australian LF Forklift Licence – essential
6 months forklift experience minimum
Pick packing and manual handling experience
Physically fit and comfortable with repetitive manual handling
Reliable, safety-focused and able to work in a fast‑paced environmenat
Own reliable transport and current driver's licence, as public transport is not available
Important PPE Requirement : Cotton PPE is mandatory in this chemical manufacturing workplace. Polyester and other synthetic clothing will not be permitted.
