We're looking for a Marketing Manager to lead our marketing. You'll set the strategy, run the calendar and tell the Blitz story across our channels and all five venues. You'll head up a small marketing team from our Malvern head office, working side by side with our Head of Creative Design in a dedicated marketing room, and reporting directly to the Co-Founder. It's a hands-on job. One week you're planning next month's calendar and briefing content, the next you're on-site running an activation. This role also puts you in front of the camera. You'll be a face of Blitz Bar in our content and our venues, so you need to be comfortable being part of the story, not just writing it.

Key responsibilities

- Own the marketing calendar and planning ahead: what matters this week, this month, and at the next activation
- Set the direction and cadence for social content (TikTok, Instagram) and brief the creative team
- Find, negotiate and manage collabs with brands, creators and local partners
- Plan and run activations and events across the five venues
- Manage comms and the relationships behind them: media, suppliers, community
- Use data to decide where effort and spend go — performance numbers, financials, and what works in each suburb
- Scale and prepare the business for growth

About you





- You've helped grow a brand or business and can show what you did and what moved
- Confident and natural on camera, and happy to front content
- Fluent in TikTok and Instagram, and know what performs in hospitality
- Comfortable with numbers: you read performance and financial data and back your calls with it
- You understand that Mentone and Toorak are different audiences, and plan accordingly
- Experienced with collabs, partnerships or influencer relationships
- At home in a start-up environment: lean team, quick decisions, no agency safety net
