06th October, 2026 Pearl Recruitment are currently seeking a CNC Plasma Operator for an ongoing permanent role based in Hope Valley. You will join an industry leader, working autonomously for a company who supplies steel, cutting and fabrication services to Tier 1 & 2 mining clients across Australia. The ideal candidate will be someone who has 2+ years of experience operating CNC plasma machinery, and is actively seeking a new fulltime opportunity based in Perth's Southern Suburbs. Position Details:

Location: Hope Valley Workshop Pay: $48-50/hr + Super + Generous Overtime Available Permanent Fulltime Position (Sick pay, annual leave entitlements) Use of CNC machinery; Kinetic K5000 or PCS BHB series Other machine operations; Forklift, Oxy Hand Torch, Gantry Crane Days/Hours:





Monday - Thursday Dayshift Hours with an early finish on the Friday Rotating shift roster every month; 24/7 workshop operations Occasional weekend work available for the right candidate What's in it for Me?
