PepsiCo ANZ is seeking an experienced ANZ Productivity Lead to drive productivity initiatives across the Australia and Recent Zealand supply chain. You will coach and mentor project leaders, lead cross-functional teams from ideation to completion, and embed lean practices across sites.

You will analyse performance data, manage governance, and partner with leadership to deliver Lean Six Sigma, E2E Waste and productivity goals, while supporting the digital agenda.
