Confluent Group is an Adelaide-based project management consultancy delivering civil, earthworks and mining infrastructure projects for major clients across South Australia. We're growing, and we're looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our team.

The role

You’ll lead projects from planning through to handover: safety, program, cost, contract administration and client relationships. You’ll work with clients on site and in Adelaide, and lead and mentor our Project Engineers and Site Supervisors.

About you

- A degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management, or equivalent experience
- A proven record of delivering civil, earthworks or mining infrastructure projects
- Strong contract administration and commercial skills (AS 4000,



AS 2124 or client forms)
- Safety-first leadership and clear communication with clients and teams
