Run simulated contract negotiations and redlining exercises. Review AI responses to contract scenarios and give expert feedback. Build clear grading criteria for contract work. Help refine guidelines for AI contract review. Requirements
Minimum of 3 years of in-house experience focused on technology transactions, particularly negotiating MSAs, NDAs, ISDAs and derivatives. Excellent written and verbal communication and meticulous attention to detail. Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn legal expertise into actionable feedback. Experience working with cross-disciplinary teams in fast-paced environments.
