We are seeking an experienced BMS Engineer to join a growing business in Sydney.

This is an excellent chance for someone with strong Building Management Systems experience who enjoys working across a combination of office-based engineering and on-site project work.

You will play an important role in delivering, maintaining and optimising BMS solutions across a range of projects, working with modern building automation technologies and systems.

The successful candidate will have strong experience with Niagara and be confident working across platforms including Siemens, Johnson Controls and Schneider Electric.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, configure and commission Building Management Systems.
- Develop and troubleshoot BMS software, controls and integration solutions.
- Work with Niagara and various BMS platforms to deliver effective system solutions.
- Carry out system upgrades, fault finding and optimisation.
- Attend client sites to support commissioning, testing and technical troubleshooting.
- Work alongside project teams, contractors and clients to ensure successful project delivery.




- Provide technical support and identify opportunities to improve system performance.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:

- Previous experience working as a BMS Engineer or in a similar building automation role.
- Strong hands-on experience with Niagara.
- Confidence working with systems such as Siemens, Johnson Controls and Schneider Electric.
- A solid understanding of BMS architecture, controls and building automation.
- Experience with commissioning, programming, troubleshooting and system integration.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work both independently and within a team.
- A willingness to work across both office and site environments.
