full-spectrum carriage of your own files- obtaining client instructions, reviewing medical evidence, legal research, providing technical legal advice, liaising with third parties, briefing counsel and attending court/settlement conferences.

are an admitted solicitor in VIC (or eligible to be) + have minimum

3-20+ YEARS

post-admission personal injury law experience including minimum

3 years plu s in

medical negligence

(essential);

legal technical knowledge +drafting & advocacy
