You will supervise on-floor service, train staff, manage rosters and labour costs, and uphold standards across all shifts while overseeing stock, safety, and presentation to deliver quick, friendly service.
Weekend work is expected as part of serving peak times, with opportunities to contribute to our ongoing growth across four Melbourne cafes.
