Viva Leisure is seeking a Cluster Personal Training Manager to oversee PT strategy across South Brisbane and the Gold Coast. You will coach Club Managers and Personal Trainers, driving growth in PT numbers and revenue while maintaining exceptional member experiences.
You’ll spend around two days on the floor each week, hands-on and visible, using data to identify opportunities and sustain trainer engagement. This is a permanent part-time role with a solid people-first, commercial focus.
