The Turkish Bread Company, based at Coolaroo, Melbourne, is seeking an Office Manager to run the administrative side of a six‑day production operation. You will oversee customer orders, payroll, records and compliance, reporting to the Director and coordinating with the accountant.
Based at the Coolaroo facility, you will plan services, supervise a small office team, and ensure WHS and employment obligations are met across a fifteen‑robust workforce.
