Bunnings Group Limited is seeking a Department Manager in Victoria to lead daily operations, high-volume stock management, and high-quality customer service within your specialist area. You will oversee a team of 20+ and collaborate with Service, Inside the Home, and Lifestyles & Garden departments while reporting to the Site Manager.

You will monitor service levels, coordinate with Merchandising, Store Leadership and Health and Safety teams, and manage weekend rosters with some public holiday
