NH Collection Sydney, part of Minor Hotels, is seeking a Rooms Division Manager for the pre-opening team. You will lead Front Office, Housekeeping, Guest Relations, Concierge and Guest Services, establishing service standards and building a high-performing team from day one.
Reporting to the General Manager, you will drive operational excellence, recruit and train talent, set up procedures, and ensure seamless delivery of guest experiences as the hotel moves toward opening and beyond.
