Responsibilities

- Configure and customize solutions using Salesforce platform to support critical business functions and meet project objectives and client requirements
- Ensuring Salesforce best practices are followed in configuring and customizing the application
- Provide detailed level of effort estimates for proposed solutions.
- Articulate the benefits and risks to a solution’s feasibility and functionality
- Develop, test, and document working custom development, integrations, and data migration elements of a Salesforce implementation
- Follow and understand Salesforce product and technical capabilities resulting from product releases and acquisitions
- Communicate with project manager, scrum master,



clients and other developers to design cohesive project strategies and ensure effective collaboration throughout all phases of development, testing and deployment
- Interact directly with clients, managers and end users as necessary to analyze project objectives and capability requirements, including specifications for user interfaces, customized applications and interactions with internal Salesforce instances

What We’re Looking For

Must-Haves

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 6+ years of experience as a Salesforce Engineer with proven development expertise.
- Mandatory Salesforce certifications: Salesforce Developer 1 & 2.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to teamwork.
- Solid understanding of Agile principles and DevOps tools (ideally Git and Gearset).

Technical Depth

- Robust expertise in Salesforce APIs, integrations, and data modeling.
- Hands-on experience working with at least one industry cloud (such as Media Cloud, Revenue Cloud, Health Cloud, or Financial Services Cloud) alongside Data Cloud.
- Proven ability to build and maintain complex Salesforce flows and manage system upgrades.

Nice-to-Haves

- Industry experience in broadcast or streaming media.
- Experience with data migration.
- Highly desirable additional certifications, including Omnistudio Certification and Salesforce Architect credentials.
