JW Marriott Gold Coast Resort & Spa is seeking a Restaurant Manager for Misono, a premium dining experience featuring Teppanyaki, Sushi Bar and Whisky Bar. You will lead a passionate team and drive guest satisfaction, financial performance and service standards across all outlets.

Reporting to the Food & Beverage Manager, you will be hands-on on the dining floor, mentoring staff, and ensuring seamless, luxury service in a dynamic resort workplace on the Gold Coast.
