The Branksome Hotel & Residences in Mascot, Sydney, seeks a Duty Manager to join the Front Office team on a full time basis. Report to the Front Office Manager and lead guest service excellence, resolve complaints, and drive daily operations using Opera Cloud and MICROS Symphony.

You will supervise front desk activities, assist in guest reviews, manage accounting data entries, and mentor the front office team.
