RAC is seeking a Team Manager in the Joondalup/West Perth area to support leadership continuity across multiple contact centre teams. You will shadow current Team Managers, share coaching duties, and step in during leaves or projects while helping teams perform at their best.

The role emphasizes collaboration, adaptability and delivering high-quality sales and service experiences to RAC members. Start in December 2026 with flexibility to Joondalup as needed.
