Salary Range: $83,895 -$124,449 per annum + super

About the Role

This position delivers Primary Music across Prep-Year 6, teaching across the full primary year levels and maintaining continuity of learning during the leave period. Planning documentation and resources will be available to support delivery, with scope to make the program your own. You will be the sole Primary Music teacher, so confidence, organisation, and independence are key.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver engaging Music lessons across Prep-Year 6
- Plan, assess, and report in line with curriculum expectations
- Maintain consistent routines and positive learning environments across year levels
- Work independently to manage the Primary Music program day-to-day
- Collaborate professionally with classroom teachers and relevant leaders

You Will Have

- Tertiary qualification in Education
- Current or pending VIT registration
- Confidence teaching Primary Music across P-6
- Ability to work independently as the sole Primary Music teacher
- Familiarity with (or ability to follow) the Australian Curriculum
