Essity is seeking an experienced IT Service Management Coordinator to join the ANZ IT team in Springvale, Australia. You will combine hands-on IT support with project delivery, focusing on Microsoft 365, Azure, cloud technologies and infrastructure to keep critical systems reliable.

Reporting to the Team Leader - IT Operations, you will partner with local, regional, and global teams, support stability and continuous improvement, and manage stakeholder expectations with a customer-first mindset.
