Liberal Party of Australia – Tasmanian Division is seeking a motivated Membership Development Officer to grow and diversify our membership across Tasmania. The role focuses on engagement, recruitment and retention, building strong relationships with members and stakeholders, and delivering initiatives to attract current participants.
You will work closely with branch leaders, coordinate member events, travel across the state, and use CRM tools to monitor engagement and reporting outcomes.
