Bluestone, a privately held residential land developer in Melbourne, seeks a Development Manager to join a high-calibre, close-knit team. You will own the feasibility and drive development outcomes across the full lifecycle, from front-end design through to settlement.
Reporting to the Development Director, you will collaborate across design, planning, sales and delivery, bringing robust financial acumen and proven land development experience to the role. Salary range is $140k–$160k plus bonus.
