Factory Process Workers

to join a well-established plastic hardware manufacturing company.

We have multiple positions available across

day, afternoon and night shifts , offering ongoing, full-time hours and the chance to transition into permanent employment after just 8 weeks.

About the Role

Offsiding and assisting machine operators with daily production.

Loading and unloading raw materials and finished products.

Packing, stacking and preparing finished products for dispatch.

Monitoring production processes and maintaining quality standards.

General factory duties and keeping work areas clean and safe.

Working as part of a busy manufacturing team.

What We're Looking For

Previous factory, manufacturing or process work experience preferred.





Physically fit and comfortable with repetitive manual handling.

Reliable, punctual and hardworking.

Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Full Australian working rights.
