You will debug, advise on architecture, and fix integrations, while improving the platform to prevent repeats. A strong TS/React background and customer-facing experience are essential.

You’ll work in a quick-paced, fully remote role with standard Sydney business hours, handling hundreds of tickets daily and contributing to knowledge bases and automation to scale support.
