Capstone Recruitment client in Western Sydney seeks a Property Portfolio Manager to lead a mixed-owned portfolio across factories, yards and quarries. The role covers acquisitions, lease renewals, disposals and development with visibility to senior leadership.

Hybrid setup: four days in the office, one day versatile. You’ll collaborate with operations, finance and the General Manager Finance to optimise the balance sheet and drive long-term value.
