With finger on the pulse training and progressive industry specialty advisory services, you'll be well poised to head into a long-term fruitful future with this wonderful organisation.

The role;

Manage and review business activity statements, income tax returns and financial statements for a diverse client portfolio including individuals, SMEs, trusts and companies

Provide strategic tax planning and advisory services to clients, identifying opportunities to minimise tax liability and improve business performance

Lead, mentor and support the technical development of more junior staff

Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and key point of contact for ongoing compliance and advisory needs

Oversee workflow management,



billing and WIP to ensure deadlines are met and the team operates efficiently within budget

High level transactional advisory work such as CGT Concessions - Brokerage and Structuring/Restructuring

Karbon email/CRM/workflow system

Ignition, NowInfinity

The ideal candidate CA/CPA candidate will:

Have at least three to four years experience as a business services accountant and a passion for providing business advisory.

Have an interest or experience dealing with clients across all industries.

Be motivated, ambitious and love working with clients

Wonderingly supportive culture

2 days work from home 3 days in office

Flexi hours, early start and finish if desired

Highly supportive of working parents with young families

Stable organisation with very low staff turnover

Annual social events however NOT a party culture
