RAFI by Applejack Hospitality in North Sydney is seeking a Head Waitstaff to lead a premium dining team and deliver exceptional guest experiences. The role offers outstanding pay, progression, and a supportive environment with health resources and flexible rostering.

As Head Waitstaff, you will supervise service, train junior team members, coordinate orders, and ensure high standards in a fast-paced setting. A minimum of two years in a similar role and an RSA certificate are required.
