THE ROLE – LEAD, DEVELOP AND DELIVER

Reporting directly to the Managing Directors, you will provide operational leadership across Envision's disability and aged care services.

Your key responsibilities will include:

- Leadership and People Development: Lead, mentor and develop employees and departmental leaders, creating a culture of accountability and high performance.

- Operational Management: Oversee daily operations, establish clear responsibilities and KPIs, and drive efficiency and continuous improvement.

- Workforce Planning: Progressively lead rostering, staffing contingencies, workforce allocation and employee performance.

- Quality and Compliance: Promote high standards of service delivery, workplace safety, risk management and regulatory compliance.

- Strategic Growth:



Work alongside the Managing Directors to strengthen organisational systems, develop future leaders and support sustainable business growth.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Essential

- Demonstrated experience in leadership, team management and operational performance.

- Ability to motivate, develop and hold employees accountable.

- Strong communication, emotional intelligence and conflict resolution skills.

- Sound financial literacy and commercial awareness.

- Excellent organisational, decision-making and problem-solving capabilities.

- Confidence working independently and managing competing priorities.

- Experience improving business systems, processes and team performance.

- Robust digital literacy and reporting skills.

- Commitment to person-centred services and Envision's organisational values.

Highly Regarded

- Leadership experience within disability, aged care, healthcare or community services.

- Qualifications in Business Management, Leadership, Human Resources or a related field.

- Understanding of NDIS regulatory requirements.

- Experience in workforce rostering, budgeting and operational planning.

- Experience implementing organisational change and developing leadership teams.

The successful applicant must hold or be willing and eligible to obtain applicable employment screening clearances and a current driver's licence.
