Certificate III or Diploma Qualified Early Childhood Educators Little Winners Casula is a privately owned, boutique 35-place early learning centre. We are looking for early childhood educators who share our values of providing loving, nurturing and high-quality care. Our number one priority is the safety, happiness, wellbeing and genuine care shown to every child in our centre.

Key responsibilities

Provide loving, nurturing and caring supervision to children

Get down on the floor to play, sing, dance, cuddle and comfort children

Celebrate children's milestones and create meaningful relationships with each child

Participate in daily park visits and outdoor exploration

Organise and lead excursions with children and families

Engage with the local community as part of children's learning experiences

Host and support birthday celebrations and special events

Ensure active supervision and prioritise child safety and wellbeing at all times

Support colleagues and work together as a team

Implement the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Framework

About you

ACECQA-approved Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care, or an approved equivalent qualification

Valid NSW Working With Children Check

Understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Framework

Strong communication and teamwork skills

Commitment to child safety,



active supervision and professional standards

Relevant early childhood experience is highly regarded

Loving, nurturing and caring with genuine warmth and kindness

Fun and playful, enjoying singing, dancing and creating memorable experiences

Adventurous and enthusiastic about excursions, outdoor play and community outings

About us Little Winners Casula is a privately owned, boutique 35-place early learning centre with an exceptionally reliable and close-knit team. We are incredibly proud of our very low staff turnover. Our boutique environment allows us to focus on meaningful relationships, individual attention, genuine connections and quality care. We are currently recruiting because three of our much-loved, long-standing educators are preparing to commence maternity leave. The centre is rated Meeting the National Quality Standard.

Certificate III Educators: $35–$37 per hour + superannuation

Diploma Qualified Educators: $38–$40 per hour + superannuation
