EF Education First in Australia seeks a Safety & Incident Response Specialist to support a 24/7 global incident response team. You will report to the Director of Safety & Incident Response and collaborate with teams in multiple countries to manage proactive safety measures and crisis response for EF Tours worldwide.
You will lead training, ensure protocol compliance, and drive risk controls across hotels, activities, transportation, and tour directors, while maintaining a robust safety culture.
